Parallel Shaft Geared Motor (F, RP series)
Description
The parallel shaft geared motor features an ideal structure and tooth design for a longer maintenance-free period at a lower price. Hyosung's F-series, RP-series, helical geared motor product series, and standard geared motor series are designed to have long lifetime and high performance. (F-series: AGMA II Class (S.F=1.4~2.0), RP-series : S.F=1.0)
In addition, Hyosung offers a variety of input powers from 0.4kW to 75kW and reduction of the gear ratio. All parts of the geared motor are modulized for easy application anywhere.
Features
Compact and light-weight
The output torque of the bearing's lower half has been ultra-minimized and its design is light-weight (0.4kW ~ 3.7kW) due to use of a DX bush. In addition, the frame has been optimized while maintaining the strength and compactness by use of computer programming.
High efficiency and low-noise
The computer-aided optimum design and gear grinding guarantees low noise and over 97% efficiency as well as extension of lifetime and solidity.
Free mounting angle
Complete sealing with grease supports flexible and convenient installation with little restrictions (0.4kW ~3.7kW). A premium oil seal and a self-developed special injection device are used.
Durability
The safety rate complies with the AGMA II Class (S.F=1.4~2.0), ensuring highly reliable durability.

Right Angle Geared Motor (K series)
Description
Hyosung's K-series is a geared motor series consisting of helical and bevel gears and has an efficiency rate of over 97%.
It delivers a smooth operation and low noise due to the design of the gear which lowers the gear noise and absorbs vibration.
It is the best geared motor for a conveyor or an application for conveying raw materials.

Planetary Geared Motor (P series)
Description
Hyosung's P-series, a planetary geared motor series, distributes the load on several planetary gears and minimizes the size so that it is lightweight and a greater strength may be realized. With reduction of the gear ratio by over 1,000,000:1, the planetary geared motor is able to meet the needs of the user. In addition, it consists of a total of 11 frames and the users can select the product that suits their environment.

Modification of the gear's teeth to an ideal shape, carburizing heat treatment, gear grinding, and optimum internal part design offers reduced loss and guarantees high effciency.
The strength of the sun gear has the same power with that of general geared motors;however, its lifetime is double that of general gears and its noise is lower since the drive power of the sun gear is distributed by several planetary gears.
The input and output of the planetary motor are coaxially symmetric. The motor may be easily assembled or disassembled without special tools.
Reduction of the gear ratio by over 1,000,000:1 allows for a compact size and a lightweight gear. The computerized design guarantees high reliability.
