Parallel Shaft Gear Box
Description
Hyosung's parallel shaft gear box uses a helical gear so that the direction of the input shaft is parallel with the direction of the output shaft, allowing various arrangements according to the customer's demands. In addition, it uses a dual-lip type oil seal so that it is free from oil leakage, and its high efficiency, at least 96%, is popular among customers. The parallel shaft gear box also features dramatically reduced noise and heat due to the designing of the product with various analysis tools such as KISS Soft and Romax.

Right Angle Gear Box
Description
Hyosung's right angle gear uses a bevel gear and the input and output shafts are installed at a right angel to each to meet the various environmental requirements of our customers. In addition, it features dramatically reduced noise and heat due to use of various analysis tools such as KISS Soft and Romax.

Planetary Gear Box
Description
Hyosung's RPS-series is a specialized planetary reducer series which offers a high load and a high reduction of the gear ratio.
It is the best reducer for an application with complex specifications and it is evaluated as a premium product that reflects the
requirements of our customers.
Features
Power distribution due to various planetary gears and compact casing due to concentric shaft make the product small, light-weight, and easy to install in small spaces.
Maximized efficiency and minimized noise lowers the inertia moment, while the modification of the teeth of a gear to an ideal shape via carburizing heat treatment, gear grinding, and optimum internal part design offers high efficiency and low noise.
A planetary gear enables a high gear reduction ratio of over 1,000,000:1 and the computerized design guarantees high reliability.
A module system is adapted to all parts for quick production and supply.
A technical agreement with RENK in Germany has been concluded to meet the technical requirements of our customers.
